Need To Replace Harmonic Balancer
My balancer is starting to seperate the rubber is desinagrating on my LO5 in my 92 Roadmaster.So I have afew questions.
1) Is anyone running a Summit brand balancer orTimming Chain?
2) I'm running a 180 T-stat,I plan on doing electric fan conversion when I change balancer & chain. what temp fan switch should I run?
3) Is a crank under drive pulley a good mod? if so which one?

2) Somwhere around 210/195 on/off. If the "off" themperature is too close to your 180 thermostat opening themperature, the fan will keep running all the time.

I tryed the 195/185 on/off swith combined with 180 Tstat and the fan newer stopped once engaged. The 210/200 is doing great since 2-3 years now.
