TBI bogging out and almost stalls

I just rebuilt the throttle body and did the ultimate TBI mods. I had the car on the road for the first time this year. When i mash on the throttle the car boggs out and almost stalls and then i let up on the throttle and it stops. What could be the problem? I was told it could be the IAC.

I would start with a FP check.

How would I check the fuel pressure?
