I just baught an 89 camaro rs t top with 305
So now sometimes on while doing alot of low speed driving or going up and down hills I get a service engine soon light but everything runs fine and the light clears when I restart the car.
Any Ideas?

most likely egr like stated above. very common with these cars. i tried changing the valve, the solenoid. still came on. i notice mine only came on with engine rpm under 1800 in overdrive though.
