my 92 rs with 350tbi
hello im new to this page,just bought a 92 rs with a 350 tbi.im looking to get some more hsp out of car,i bought set of flowtech shorty headers an spl loudmouth mufflers,havnt installed yet,but looking to get few more hsp.

well then either you get emissions legal headers or you change them when inspections come up. i would deffinately upgrade exhaust system first. then air induction system. internal combustion engines are giant air pumps, the more air that goes in, the more power you can make. so therefore a bigger exhaust will benefit a stock motor.

Emission friendlier headers do not make less hp http://www.top-downsolutions.com/pro...roducts_id=170 just read up the dyno # the guys in CA make.
The air pump uses maybe 1 or 2 hp, thats a wery tiny hp loss, at the point its not even worth removing.
EGR is only active by crusing and light trottle, so 0 hp loss, there is really no point removing it.
Mild cam, free flowing exhaust, anough fuel and a nice tune should make a fun 350.
