Does a Hypertech fan switch say "Delco" on it???
So, a couple years ago I did a ton of engine work to my RS, including a Hypertech fan switch, 160 thermostat and an Edelbrock high flow water pump. Well, I went overboard with my cooling attempts and the car ran COLD. So, I had the shop that did the work put a new factory fan switch back in it. I'll be replacing the 160 with a 195 when it comes back from the body shop next week.
Long story short, I didn't drive the car all last year, but while I was restoring the interior over this winter, my Hypertech switch was in the console. I never looked at it before it was installed, only now...it says DELCO on the side of it.
Does Hypertech just take a Delco switch and re-work it to come on sooner? Sorry for the dumb question...
