305 tbi problem
Hey everyone its my first time posting here. I love these forums and you guys are very helpful. Anyway, i have a problem with my 91 camaro. Only one jet is working on the tbi, and it must be an electrical problem as when i added power to it it jetted fine. One side is working fine, but the car barely runs at all now. I'm pretty sure this is an electrical issue but I have no idea where to begin fixing it
Any help would be very much appreciated!

Check Injector coil resistance it should be around 1.0 to 1.2 Ohms. Like rs says check your injector plugs. Also, with engine off, ign on measure voltage at connector terminals - should be around 11.5 -12.0 volts at both pins.

Re: 305 tbi problem
ok so i put a new pump and relay but still have the same problem/
Could it be that the injector itself went bad?
and as far as checking resistance i'll have to get back to you on that one

Re: 305 tbi problem
that's why he is saying to do the tests on the injector. that doesnt cost money. changing a fuel pump does, especially when it wasnt in any way a bad fuel pump
