TPI heads on stock tune for LO3 ?

TPI heads on stock tune for LO3 ?
possibly buying an LB9 " just block and heads " , will it work with stock tune TBI setup ? pretty much just a replacement for my cracked LO3 block.

Only thing it will need is a little more fuel and a tune. The EBL flash upgrade will make the tuning easy, efficient and fun.
