Please help, starting/backfiring problems

I have an 88 camaro, 5.0/Tbi. It at times has an extrememly hard starting problem and will occasionaly backfire on takeoff and acceleration. I have already replaced the fuel pump, in-line fuel filter, the O2 sensor and changed the timing.

try replacing the coolant temp sensor, could cause those symptoms. Very common problem and very cheap.

I have now replaced the coolant temp sensor and it was still acting up and now i have also replaced the rotor and distributor cap and i am still having the same issues... in fact it will not start right now... it tries you can hear the engine attempt to kick in and it just doesnt get going all the way ... its about 30 degrees out right now if that helps... start better when the engine is warm.
