Valve Cover 141-107 Fit Stock 305 TBI Car?

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 3.27
Valve Cover 141-107 Fit Stock 305 TBI Car?
Looking at valve covers for my bone stock 89 Firebird 305 TBI car. Will the Pro Form 141-107 fit without modifications? Will the stock oil filler cap screw in or will it need a new one that just pushes in? These look like a stock replacement with 2 holes on one side 1 hole on the other with center mount bolts. Seems like they advertise these as nice GM stock Chrome replacement cover.
