Grounding to back of block

Im trying to find out what exactly grounds to the passenger side back of block on the stud, also on the drivers side. I know a ground strap goes from block to fire wall, but I think theres also ground wires coming from the ecm wire harness that ground there. Also can I ground my sensors to any good ground. I think I have 3 or 4 coming from harness then I have my sensors I need grounded. Wiring diagrams just show them grounded, but not to block or frame.

Re: Grounding to back of block

your hvac blower motor ground should be back there if its a 305 and a few other things and sensors in the block are self grounding
