injector stress

i have a modified tbi 350

has a roller gmpp cam, gmpp vortec tbi intake, vortec heads, roller tip 1.52 rockers, 2' tbi off a 454

after i did the cam, spring, and rocker upgrade there wasnt enough fuel at WOT after 4000 and i would lose power with the stock 55#ers. i bought a set of injectors from the local speed shop, said they were the biggest that they had.

after i got them home i looked up the numbers on them and they came up as a 4.1 caddy deville mid 80s. has lots of fuel now all through the rpm but once warm the computer gives the acceleration enrichment value and surges the idle.

are these injectors too small or what would cause this? spent 4 1/2 hrs with Lyndon Wester trying to fix it and got nowhere.

also i have an old set of wat i believe are 68#/h injectors out of a corvette crossfire, the numbers on both check out to be the rear injector on the 82-84 vette. providing they are not stuck and they flow test ok will they be a good idea to install?

Re: injector stress

Fueling numbers in the chip need to be changed/tuned By using different injectors and FP (fuelpressure).

Best is to give up the chip and use this http://dynamicefi.com/EBL_Flash.php http://dynamicefi.com/TBI_Fueling.php
