Which cam is best for TBI 350 L05 ??

Hello,
Got a TBI 350ci engine.
I had rebuilt stock iron heads on which I plan to install full roller rockers (1.5), stiffer springs and improved valves.
I will also put some long headers and free flowing 2.5" dual exhaust (Hooker Aero chamber as mufflers).
I have 2.73 rear gear and use the car as a DD mainly between Idle and 2000 RPM
I need low Torque I guess.

Now Comp Cams propose 08-407-8 and 08-500-8
08-407-8 duration is 200/206 and lift gain is quite high (0.470 / 480) compared to poor OEM cam profile (179/195 and lift 0.350 / 0.385).
Lobe separation is 110°
08-500-8 duration is 206/212 and lift is 0.480 / 0488
Lobe separation is 112 ° which mean that thi sone opens intake later and closes intake even later (longer duration + delay)

Question: As I need TORQUE in low RPM my choice went initially on the 08-407-8 but I rode that 08-500-8 is more suitable for computer controlled engines (I have EBL flasher installed ...)

Still I fear that the 08-500-8 is moving torque higher and this is not really what I need ... (with gear 2.73 torque is even more important !)

What do you recommend then ????

Thanks !
