Engine dies under load or when warmed up

Okay I know this isnt a third gen but after 3 days of trying to find the problem I need a fresh set of ideas. A friends 90 suburban 350 TBI dies and will die and not restart once it warms up but the computer is not showing any trouble codes. So far I have replaced the fuel pump, ign module, and Injector control module. These parts have been swaped with new ones then back to the old ones with no change to the problem TPS, ECM, IACV, O2 sensor, Coil, and MAP. The EGR has been cleaned and the fuel filter checked. The engine runs strong when first started but after it warms up if you run it up to 2k RPM and let off it dies when trying to restart it some times shoots a flame out of the TBI. After checking the sensors I went through the computer harness and checked all the grounds and all the power wires and all checked out good.
