troubleshoot my engine rebuild please.

can you help me figure out what I overlooked on the engine rebuild. I have nex block radiator pistons, all new gaskets. fluids all right level. Help me troubleshoot my truck project. It is having an issue idling. if you go from idle to WOT it starts to stumble and takes a moment to pick up, then when you let off and go back to idle it stumbles on decel and usually stalls. I just rebuilt motor, new block, new pistons, my thoughts so far are, oil pump worn out, or fuel filter clogged or fuel pump wearing out. what do you think?
