91 305 TBI no start

I have a 91 camaro with a no start and no crank from key but i can make it crank from neutral switch . Changed ingition switch and still nothing. Does anyone have wiring diagrams for this car cause chilton's is no help . And need help please !!!!!!!!!

Could it be a vats issue? Does your key have a chip?

91 will have a VATS key, which is likely the issue here.
