i've always been under the impression that 30 psi is max safe fuel pressure fore a tbi . after doing some recent searches i've found some people pushing these limits . looking for imput from people running max fuel pessure in a tbi

 

You feed it what it needs, mine has aftermarket heads, cam, ect, it takes 12psi. Anymore & it runs rich, the ecm can't lean it out enough.

 

i understand feed it what it needs . my question tho is what is the max. safe psi the injecters can be run at ? i other words whats the upper limit for fuel pressure before you have to buy new injecters ?

 

High psi doesn't kill them, i don't understand what your going after? When you say new, do you mean higher flowing too? Most that run higher psi are using 305 injectors on a larger engine, like a 350, 383, or a 400.
