Is the spark plug and spark plug wire for that cylinder new or what? Sometimes they may look good but still be defective.

Re: missing on one cylinder ?

Is the cylinder getting air and fuel? I know you said it had good compression. Only thing I can think of is that its firing but not getting fuel due to a blockage of some sort. Have you tried changing the plug just in case. Some of them can get a hairline crack. I know I had bought a set of accel header plugs and more than half wouldn't fire. I changed them to delcos and have had no problems since. Ngk are good too

Re: missing on one cylinder ?

May be a good idea to check the plug wire with a volt meter for continuity
