Hooking up Projection 4D Throttle

Engine: 350
Transmission: T-5 5 Spd
Axle/Gears: Built 10bolt w/3.73s
Hooking up Projection 4D Throttle
Does anyone have any idea how to connect the stock throttle cable to one of these throttle bodies? I bought the throttle bracket listed but its set too far back and I see no way of attaching the throttle to the linkage.
