need help with fuel pump

need help with fuel pump

i cut a hatch in the trunk area now i'm stuck how do i get the fuel pump out . heres a pic of what i'm looking at ...

i used a cut off wheel to cut the hatch . can i use this or will i blow up ? how do you remove the lock ring ?

the locking ring moves counter clockwise, If you can get a tube cutter in there yeh if not a hack saw. You might want to use union fitting to go back together. Im not a fan of hacking cars I would rather take more effort and do the job correct.

i've decided to wait till i put the new rearend in after the turbo install . i can weld a panel to fix the hole i just cut . i got a really bad feeling about cutting the lines . thats for your help tho .

i was hoping i could unhook the lines without cutting them , cal me a ***** i guess but getting blown up doesn't sound like fun

t70 turbo install , hen the rearend / fuel pump !
cars already on ramps for the turbo install

as far as hacking the car i'm not opposed to that with this car . it's my joe dirty ebay budget baby .lmfao !
it will never be a show car or even pretty for that matter . but what it will be is fast an handle like it's on rails when i'm done .
