Crossfire TBI ???

Well, I finally got a clean title for the 82, so time to start playing with it!!

I found the reason the car is not running. The throttle cable it stretched from one of the TBI being seased.

Am I looking at rebuilding both TBI? Is it worth getting this engine to running condition before replacing it??

I would use some penetrating oil on the flaps and linkage to see if you can get the TBI freed up and see if you can get it running with tweaking the linkage by hand while someone else turns the key.
