TBI fuel leak

Ok I ran across a problem with my TBI a fuel leak that is flooding my engine and killing it when I sit at idle. The question I have is what exactly is this part and can I fix it or replace it?

Re: TBI fuel leak

I just wanted to throw this out there for any help I can be to people. My car started having mild idle problems nothing to crazy about 6 months ago. Then one day it shut off on me and turned back on, so no big deal. I dealt with the bad idle for 2 months then changed out the IAC and that helped for about two weeks. Then about 2 weeks ago I started to notice the idle got worse and it would bog down doing a right 90° turn. I didn't understand what was going on kept racking my brain and searching online... It wasn't till I smelled excessive fuel on turn on and sitting idle, even then I wasn't sure what it was. I had to take off my open air element to do a seafoam treatment and that's when I noticed my fuel pressure regulator was stuck open and constantly dripping fuel into my intake bogging it down. So glad I found it and with the help from tuned perf. I changed it that very night and its been running great last couple of days. Hope it helps anyone in the future.
