B Body Distributor hole

I have a 92 Roadmaster I was going to do a LT1 cam, and hopefully some L98 heads if I can find them.

I also have a ZZ4 intake I got for cheap, but of course it has the wrong size distributor hole. I have found where the B Bodies use a 1.75" hole and the standard size it 1.375". Is it possible to just bore out the hole on the ZZ4 intake to accommodate the B body distributor?

I run a machine shop so the machining is nothing, but I don't know if there are any other differences I need to be aware of.

Do the EGR ports in the side of the manifold line up with exhaust gas passages in the heads?
