454 TBI running rich?

I have a 350 with vortec heads and an lt4 hotcam. It's fed by a 454 throttle body. It's timed right and adjusted right, but it seems like it's running too rich. Any suggestions?? And yes, the 02 sensor is in.

Does it SEEM like it's running too rich, or is it ACTUALLY running too rich?

It is running rich. It's dumping way too much fuel in when idling. But what I don't understand that it's running well...

If it's running well, it may be slightly too rich. If it was extremely rich, it wouldn't run properly.

HOW DO YOU KNOW that it's rich? What is the short- and long-term fuel trim numbers? What is the O2 sensor voltage? How many O2 crosscounts do you have at idle?
