EBL Flash wont flash

Engine: 350 TBI W/EBL Flash
Transmission: 4L60 S10 converter
Axle/Gears: 8.5, Torsen T2, 3.73s
EBL Flash wont flash
My old laptop died so I switched to my windows 7 laptop. I bought a new serial adapter and I am getting data in WUD but it will not flash a new bin, it just keeps failing.

Need a USB to Serial adapter cable that uses the FTDI chip set. They are the only ones we have found that can handle the high data rate and turn around times.
