Having some trouble with 305 TBI
So I recently bought a 90 RS from a guy. Its a 305 TBI with 700R4. Car had set for about a year I believe. I drained all of the bad gas. (looked like pepsi) Changed the fuel filter and rebuilt the TBI and cleaned up the injectors. Put fresh gas and injector cleaner in the tank. The car will start just fine. Run at high idle for about 15-20 seconds then die. No codes or security light issues. Anyone have an idea what the deal is? Its been a while since Ive had a third gen but all of my previous ones were TPI. Thanks in advance.

Pull the air cleaner and observe injectors while cranking. If they are spitting fuel and engine fires and then dies you more than likely having fuel delivery issues.
You may have fuel delivery issues - bursted fuel line between FP and feed through in the gas tank. This is a common problem in third gens.
