CC Carb to TBI
Researched and my car originally came with an LG4 and an computer controlled carburetor. Neither are in the car now due to previous owners swap, and the car doesn't run well sometimes. Has a regular old quadrajet on it.
How hard would it be to convert the car to TBI using the current harness? I'm sure I'd need a different computer and what not. The tank already has the CC-carb 3psi electric pump and I also have a brand new TPI pump from an old build as well I could install.

Anyone?? What about the moderator "five7kid"? I'd read a LOT of CC carb threads where he has chimed in.

Re: CC Carb to TBI
It won't be easy using the stock CCC harness. They aren't enough wires and the ECM harness connectors are the wrong style.
Best bet would be to get a f-body TBI harness and use it in place of the CCC harness. An '88 harness will be easier to install then a '92 harness due to other connectors.
Other then that the swap is easy.
Note that tuning will be required as TBI engines have swirl port heads while an LG4 engine does not.

Re: CC Carb to TBI
Existing CCC distributor will work with TBI ECM. You will need to change plug on TBI harness to mate into standard 4-pin weather pack flat plug used in CCC dizy. Swap is not that difficult - just need to take your time to route harness correctly..
