do it yourself ram air

Who here has done this? Is the performance gain worth the $10 or so it costs? Seat of the pants difference?

I did a do it myself cold air by removing the blockage on the Formula hood and putting the early TA screen and rain gutter in its place. With the open element its a noticeable gain in cold weather
