What is "c91"? Do you mean 9C1 (Police package)?

Mild cam, Summit says it's "Computer Compatible". Also a flat-tappet which seems like a very silly choice.

First Guess: You'll be better off with some computer tuning, and there's no telling what you'll need for pushrods. You might be OK in terms of valve springs, but it's wise to verify clearance from retainer to guide/valve seal, coil bind, and I would check with Edelbrock to see what they suggest for spring tension open/closed, etc.

If you really have a 9C1 5.7l engine, it should have this cam in it:

P/N 10111773 :202/207 .413/.428 114.5deg 90-92 350, 305

The cam you want to install is smaller on the intake side/bigger on the exhaust side and as Schurkey said it's flat tappet and you have a roller tappet cam.

Why do you want that cam?

If its a real 9c1 engine, it should have the 773 cam which I think is better than the flat tappet Edelbrock.

Anyway, if you want to install the flat tappet cam, you will also need longer pushrods, a new set of springs is also a good idea.

Do flat-tappet cams require a different cam gear, the way the big-blocks do? The OEM roller cams for big blocks have a smaller bolt-circle on the front because of the thrust plate (retainer) that holds the camshaft in place.

It's crazy to put in a flat-tappet cam when the block is roller-cam compatible.
