TBI 305 help

90 rs 305 TBI. i got a high idle at about 3000- 4000 rpm at start up and once it idles down and i rev it or put it in gear it jumps back up. i need help asap. thanks

Have you checked for vacuum leaks ?
Check the base of the tbi .
