Sources for 48mm blades?

They're steel, or stainless steel (some kinda ferrous metal). You can get 48mm blades from a stock TPI throttle body. Thats what I did.
It would be real hard to make them since the have a bevel to them.

The throttle plates aren't perfectly square. Meaning, if you laid them flat on a table, they would have and angle to the edge. I think they do that so the edge does not cause the plate to bind in the bore when the plates are closed.
