91 Camaro RS 305 tbi idling problems
i have a 91 camaro 305 tbi with 80,000 all original. I’m having a problem with it idleing like it’s almost about to choke out and die and then idles back up constantly. And when you give it some throttle it sucks air threw the tbi and then revs up.. also sounds like it’s missing sputtering when it does rev up.. can’t drive it because it has no go.. give it throttle it bogs and wants to go bogs wants to go.. I’ve changed the o2.. map.. tps.. wires.. plugs.. cap.. rotor.. coil.. and fuel filter.. any help would be great I haven’t been to one single car show this year because she’s been giving me this problem.

Check your EGR if it is stuck or not working right it might do this. I had to replace mine recently

I had similar sounding surging with my 89. Turned out to be a fueling issue for me. I would start the motor and it would be about to stall then rev up and repeat for about 5-10 minutes till it hit closed loop and started pouring fuel in. I saw that after I got scanning equipment.

It’s my fuel pump.. kinda thought I wasent getting enough fuel pressure for a while but wasn’t 100% and the other day it **** out on me.. I’ve changed the relay so let the fun begin
