I'm kinda throwing together a set of TBI heads mostly out of spare parts I have laying around. I've done some port work to the heads and am going to farm some valves out of a set of cracked vortec heads. I noticed the vortec heads have a different valve spring type in them than the TBI. Is this a better arrangement? I will be running a stock L05 9c1 cam "773" it's lift is only .413/.428

Is there any reason I should use the vortec springs over the stock L05 springs?
