91 rs tbi cowl induction hood air cleaner ??

Anyone make or have bought the spectre cowl hood air cleaner.? I have a 4in hood and want to get a proper air cleaner so the hood is actually functional. Any advice is greatly appreciated I'd make my own but I'm not good at fabbing. Thanks. Pic for what I'm looking for just dont wanna spend 300 bucks.

Think like water. If air can get in, water can get in. You don't want water in your engine. Maybe I'm missing something, but if the cowl is open, and that pan fits up to the cowl, is there a place for water to drain before the filter/intake?

Car is under a wp cover when/if it rains. And I keep on in my trunk. Also the cowl has a nice back edge to it so water shouldn't get into it. Also 60s muscle cars used this same type of cleaner with cowl hoods and never had a issues..
