Changes to my fuel table are not changing my data on drives.
I have ran 4 data runs on my truck. The changes I am making by do not seem to be making much of a difference in my wide range BLM table. I am using WINALDL to data log and Tunerpro to mod my bins, along with a Moates Burn2. For some reason I cannot get data logs to show up on Tunerpro. A little about the truck. It is a 78 F150 with the 300. I put a TBI on it and have been tuning it. It runs well but my numbers just do not seem to change. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Here are the 4 runs along with changes
I have also included the bins and logs if anyone wants to offer suggestions. Thank you.
Re: Changes to my fuel table are not changing my data on drives.
I know vey little about troubleshooting logging and VE tables but from what I have done on my car it appears you are doing ok. If your goal is to have it running at 128 across the board you will be constantly fighting it. Looking at your trend going from 1st to 4th logs vs VE tables you are adding or pulling fuel as needed. One thing I noticed in my learning quest was unless the Wide Avg. is more than 3 away from the 14:1 ration of 128 you will hardly see any difference when modifying the VE table. There are to many variables in driving conditions to usually see a change in AFR. As long as you get it as close as you can while staying slightly on the rich side you should be good. It took me a good number of datalogs and edits to the VE table to figure that out.
If someone more skilled wants to correct me on any of that I would appreciate it so I can learn from it.

Thanks for the input......its getting better. The only issue I think I still have is it runs rich down low. When I did my CJ5 it was the same way......I could never get the 20 map within 5-6 of 128. Finally I just decided to live with it .....but you can definitely tell it is rich by the smell sometimes.
Re: Changes to my fuel table are not changing my data on drives.
That's plenty close enough and with it properly trimmed up how are going to smell anything? Regardless of where the BLM is at, as long as it's within it's allowable range then your AFR will be close to 14.7
Re: Changes to my fuel table are not changing my data on drives.
I did a few more tweaks and logs and I believe I am on the right track...got another XDF file that contained a few more tuning points and also some hints to shut off some things to make my data logs a little more accurate. For the most part my BLMs now are anywhere from 123-130....believe that will do it. Thanks for the replies. Do have another thread about cold start....any ideas..lol. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tbi/...art-issue.html
