Ok, so I replaced fuel pump, rebuilt throttle body and replaced fuel pressure regulator, replaced fuel filter, and can get fuel injectors to cycle when out of car by doing it by hand with 12 volt battery, underneath dash, by fuse box, there is a yellow wire and a black wire hanging down and not connected to anything at their ends, did not trace them back yet. Don't know if this used to be or was the last owner bypassing vats or not, or not related to vats at all. Car does not start, can start if fed gas by hand. Car used to start a while back, and sat for only a few days maybe at most, went to start, and would just crank. Any help greatly welcome, searched these forums for a few months but being a junior in high school I dont have much time to go out and put in hours on the car too often. Also, security light does go on for a second or two, then turns off, I have heard this is what should happen.

Check pin b6 at the ecm for voltage from the passkey module.
If it’s working you will get 2.5-5v. Another quick way to see if it’s vats is to remove the ecms prom. I will fire up in limp home mode if it’s a vats issue.
