Can I reuse stock valves?
They only have 8-9K miles on them. I want to reuse these when I buy new heads to save some $$ but if it's gonna mess up my whole operation I don't wanna fool with them.
you can reuse tthe valves if they ar eth esame size. but make sure to get some lappiong compoound and set them in really good. it will help them to seal when they seat. you may wanna polish up the valves before you resue them. the new valves that come in the new heads aer prolly a higher duty than your stockers, they may last longer, but hat is up to you.

I was gonna buy the heads bare and use my current valves with new spring, retainers, and keepers. It's cheaper to do it what way. Almost $100/head cheaper after you add up all the other stuff.
The heads that come complete come with stainless valves. So yes they are stronger than my current valves.
Do you think a spring with 101# seat pressure will break them?
