454 TBI fuel pressure in standalone
I'm working on SBC with standalone PCM (Speeduino) and want to use 454 TBI unit as it has enought air flow. My fuel pump is typical EFI high pressure (60 psi) one and was wondering if stock fuel pressure regulator in TBI will manage or will i blow it?

It isn't the pressure the pump can deliver that causes issues. It is the volume of fuel that it delivers that causes issues.
Also, you didn't mention which 454 TBI unit you are using. The '94 - '95 units run at 30 psi versus 13 psi for the previous units. A fuel pump will deliver a lower volume of fuel at 30 psi then at 13 psi.

Did not know there were such difference in fuel pressure. How to recognize them as i just bought unit form guy that had it in his garage for over 10 years and do not remember where he got it from.
My pump will deliver around 180 LPH(~47GPH)@ 43.5 PSI.

That pump is not a problem with a TBI setup.
As for telling which FPR/injectors are in the TBI unit. Look for two paint dabs on the center post (not the electrical terminals). Red/blue or black/blue are for the early 13 psi unit.
Purple/Pink is for the 30 psi '94-'85 units. Only issue is this is the injectors, which could have been swapped.
If the paints dabs are gone, then need the numbers off the top of the injectors.

Thanks a milion for explanation. That means I can just hook up supply and return lines and run both on 13 and 30 stock FPR, that saves me a lot of work with adding external FPR :-)
Best regards
