91 camaro 305 TBI wont start unless I press the pedal a little. Also has a code 32

I got this car around a month ago. It started and drove normally. The previous owner put in a new starter and thats all I know of. I had no problems with it until I was driving on the highway and the check engine light went on. After that, it had a problem starting. The camaro wont start unless i press the pedal a little bit, then it turns over. When running, it idles and drives just fine. No stalling at any point. When I turn the car off and wait a bit, it starts no problem. I have not put anything into it yet and want to ask around a bit before I start throwing parts at it. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and what they did to fix it.
It also has a code 32 which is the EGR system. I replaced the EGR valve, MAP sensor, and about to replace the EGR solenoid. Still has the engine light on. The EGR doesn't affect the car starting up does it?
Id appreciate anything advice you guys can give me

EGR does not affect starting unless the valve is stuck open, and the passages are not plugged with carbon.

If the passages are plugged with carbon, the EGR would be non-functional, or partly-functional; that could cause a Code 32 even if all the "parts" are intact and working.

What is the fuel pressure? Does the fuel pump prime when the key is turned from "Off" to "Run"?

How old are the usual "tune-up" parts--cap, rotor, plug wires, plugs, PCV, fuel filter, air filter, etc? Ignition timing correct?

Connect a scan tool, find out what the computer is trying to tell you.

I'm really curious to see what his Throttle Position Sensor numbers look like.

I feel unprepared haha. The fuel pump does prime. I did replace the air filter but I am not sure on everything else. I will have to buy a scan tool and check the computer myself. Regarding the passages, is there a way to clean out the clog?

Because it starts up no problem after driving it for a while, would it be safe to assume that fuel pressure might be an issue? I am going to take an educated guess and say I would need to look at that.

I'll start checking everything once i get some time too.
