I was wondering if any one knows the correct part # for an LT4 cam? I thought I had the right part # but the dealer says thet it keeps coming back as an LT1 cam? I checked the number on GM performance parts online catalog and it comes up as a LT4 production cam. Why would the delaer be different? ANy ideas?

 

#12551142 I used the lt4 cam and it ROCKS!! Keep in mind it calls for 1.6 rockers.

Thats the part Number that I have as well. The dealer told me that it comes back as an LT1 cam? Did you get it from the dealer as well? Well I guess that I will just get it anyway. That number seems to check out. The dealer is probably dumb. Thanks for verifying.

 

Go to SDPC2000.com and check with them. They will be able to tell you with a number search.
