Code 32 and Code 44

Good afternoon everyone, I'm getting Code 33 and Code 44. I'm pretty sure it's all due to the rotting vacuum lines which I'll replace shortly, but the codes had not shown up until I fixed the A.I.R hose. I'm sure it's not the AIR tube as the car would immediately throw codes when driving and now it doesn't after the fix. The codes pop up when going over 55 MPH but the car runs perfectly fine. I only noticed that it needs a little gas to crank but once started it has no issues. I'm certain that when messing around with the air cleaner and such we must of bumped them and caused a leak even though when disconnecting the line at the canister it hisses when the cars off so I know I've got pressure. I have a few questions before I start fixing them. Is it normal for the gas cap to release pressure when removed and is the pictured sensor also a reason to throw codes? I know it's the air temp sensor but I just want to make sure it doesn't cause any more problems.

Re: Code 32 and Code 44

WHAT VEHICLE? WHAT ENGINE?

What is the fuel pressure at prime, and at highway speed when the codes set?

Assure that all the usual "tune-up" parts/procedures are in acceptable condition: Cap, rotor, plug wires, spark plugs, cranking compression, PCV and EGR systems including the EGR passages in the cylinder heads and intake manifold, EVAP system, heated air intake, and so forth.

Connect a scan tool, verify every sensor and computer output. Fuel trims, electronic spark advance, IAC operation, etc.

Follow the diagnostic procedures for those two codes as listed in the Genuine GM service manual for your vehicle.
