Howell EFI Buick 231 1983

Any insight or advice? Idle is wandering at random times, it will rise to above 1200 then drop to 5-600 randomly. Fuel pressure steady 12 psi, map sensor replaced, vacume lines replaced, no intake leak that i can find with spray, or smoke machine. Replaced HEI distributor, wires, plugs. I have a cable and win AlDl but no knowledge on what to do with the data.

With idle going up that high it has to be a vacuum leak or Iac is moving due to incorrect cts reading. Or stuck iac. Since you have a aldl cable you first would determine the ecm service number then the mask of tune and use winaldl or tuner pro rt to see ecm data.
