Normal TBI Wires?

I apologize in advance for the blurry picture. The injector wires on my TBI are cut. Are they supposed to be?

Axle/Gears: 10bolt Richmond 3.73 Torsen

If the wires were cut your car wouldn't run. If the wires have some plastic insulation missing it isn't a big deal, probably somebody tapped into them for testing purposes.

Yeah, the wires are missing the insulation here and there , but no chance of shorting out.

Do you know if a code 42 would be the EGR?
