would i need them with all the stuff at the bottom of my sig plus exhaust? if so anybody got any for sale?

No, you wouldn't. At the very most, you would need more fuel pressure. Try the vacuum controlled FPR. There are a ton of posts here dealing with that subject. I've got one!
