Is it leaking from around the sending unit or actually out the back??? If it's stiil working right and just leaking around it then clean it up, put some Super Blue on it and put it back in. If it's leaking out the back then just go down to NAPA dude. They are about $40.

<a href="http://members.directvinternet.com/~sonarun/Personal%20Pics/ops.jpg">Here</a> is a high quality pic of the OPS unit on the car. I just installed a new one the other day.

The pic here is of the new OPS unit.

The picture above looks like one of the units I think thats the lower one? The upper one is a bell looking thing up in the back of the engine. feel the bottom of it if it is wet with oil then it is broken.

The deal is in 88 they had two sensors, one for the display unit in the dash and one for the fuel cutoff feature. On 89 and up they have the one that is slender with a 3 output. On 88 they had the one for the fuel cutoff and one that looks like a big gold bell at the back of the intake manafold.
