I'm now the owner of an '88 GTA in good condition. It needs some work, but I saw it and had to have it. I'm going to maybe sell my TBI car. If anyone would like to know about it, e-mail me. I love it, but darn I can only afford to keep one hot rod right now.

 

id take the looks of a camaro (exspecially the 92) over a old GTA anyday but thats just me...everybody has there own style but the GTA has a 350 right? didnt you say in a different post yopur 305 is faster....something isnt right about that

 

Well the reason my 305 was faster is that the GTA was running on 7 cylinders. I found a plug wirs dangling and burnt. I replaced it and it felt like a new car. The 305 in my camaro runs like a darn overhead cam mustang with 2.41 gears....lol It is pretty darn fast, but not until you hit 4 grand. The GTA has all that low and mid range torque so it feels fast from stoplight to stoplight.

 

I want a Turbo Trans Am. Now THERE is a thirdgen that can really haul ***!
