BPW constant set above 100 at least!, then try messing with the VE tables at low rpm like around 400 and 800.
I just set all my VE #2 values to 7 and then made the adjustments to only the VE #1 table. The only problem might be the fact that after 3200rpm the VE table doesn't change...but this is why there is the WOT afr table .
I'm thinking about messing around with my VE #2 values that are above 3200rpm, since it does go up to 6400!
First try and set the BPW to 130 and ajust the fuel pressure to the lowest you would need to support your hp. Then adjust the number 1 or number 2 VE table. I like to mess around with the first table since it's 3d, the 2nd table doesn't do anything except add to every row in the 1st table. Remember to keep the totals below 100 or it isn't doing anything.
Let me know if you're looking for anything specific. There might be some tables in the 8746 that aren't in the tdf file but are listed in the hack, if that's the case I'll search for it and modify your tdf file.

Thanks JP.... I'm trying to lean out the cold start idle before it goes into open loop. I've gotten an update from Tunercat but it has so many open loop settings I'm not sure which one I should be changing.

I forgot to mention that it's running good at WOT and cruise and 128 BL idle when hot. Just that open loop idle when cold is just dumping so much fuel in it turns the area around the TB black its so rich. I wasn't doing this with the other head setup.
