I replaced mine...I have 128,000 on my engine so it was cheap insurance while I had everything off. I used K-motion's K-700 springs. Cost 42.99 from summit. I need to do some fuel pressure tuning but it pulls hard until 5500

I just installed a 196/206 @ .050" .431/.451 GMPP cam and I used a set of Comp Cams 105# springs.

I would change them while you're in there. It's cheap insurance. I did mainly because I went from a flat tappet to a roller cam.
