o2 readings..

ok I did a test run with winaldl last nite.. had a buddy reading the laptop..

the o2 will read .9xx when you first take off and then when your at cruising speed it stays very low until you get on it.. if I put it to the floor it will keep jumping from 9xx to almost 0 .. back and forth every second..

is this the way it should be?? I was just trying to make sure it wasen't leaning out at wot..

All the stock O2 sensor does is tell you richer or leaner then 14.7:1. Over .44v and you rich, under .44 is lean. The ecm toggles across the 14.7 so that it AVERAGES 14.7 it doesn't try to maintain a constant 14.7. So as long as it's toggling at low rpm you fine.

The only way to really know where you are is with a WB O2 sensor.
