Hello,

My friend has a 1975 Chevy scottsdale 454 3/4 ton pickup.

He was told It had a caliper problem. We drove it the other day about a mile and it started to smell from the pads burning.
We drove it back home and the front left wheel/break was smoking from the pads. He decided to replace the caliper. After the caliper was replaced there was no change. It seemed as though the brake caliper was not releasing/ returning fluid to the reservoir.We bled the brake and it seemed to feed fluid fine, but not returning fluid.

Any clues?
