which thermostat do I need? (SIZE)

I want to go buy a 180 degree thermo for my car, but I went to pepboys, and there is like 20 of the 160 degree thermostats. What thermo do I need for the Ramjet engine? anyone know? i dont want to buy the wrong one. thanks

A standard SBC thermostat. It's 2 inches across it's widest point (about 52mm?).
